**NEW** Buzz Stix Spiced Honey Bee

As Seen On Discovery's Master Distiller!

The Barreled Bee founder Lee Hedgmon, appeared in S4 E14: Billion Buck Booze where she competed alongside a moonshiner and a legal distiller in a canned cocktail competition. She decided to make a Honey Bee, a classic cocktail of rum, lemon juice, and honey simple syrup. For the show, the base alcohol was made from molasses, buckwheat honey, and cane sugar, and for a twist, Lee used her barrel-aged buckwheat honey to sweeten the cocktail. Our Buzz Stix version combines the flavor characteristics of the cocktail and heightened the intensity with chai spices (cardamon, fennel, ginger, chipotle pepper, and coriander) were infused with dark rum and black tea, then blended with buckwheat and coriander honey. The result is something that has hints of chocolate, licorice, smoky spice and rum.
